1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings made through Cayetana are strictly non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Modifications to Bookings
While cancellations are non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to modify your travel dates, please contact our support team at least 14 days prior to check-in. Date modifications are strictly subject to availability and may incur a difference in room rates along with a modification fee.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, we may offer flexible rescheduling options or issue a credit note for future use. Such cases will be reviewed individually by management.
