1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at any Cayetana Luxury Home Stays property, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a reservation, full payment or a specified deposit must be made at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but the price quoted at the time of booking confirmation is guaranteed. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.

3. House Rules & Guest Conduct

We expect our guests to treat our properties with respect. Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited unless previously arranged and approved in writing. Guests must adhere to local noise ordinances and respect the privacy and peace of neighboring residents. Any damage caused to the property will be billed to the guest's payment method on file.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM local time, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional day's charge.

5. Liability

Cayetana Luxury Home Stays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property during their stay. Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
